A Corporate Sponsorship is a business relationship in which two companies exchange things of value, including a public display of support. This can be financial, in-kind or benefits related visibility/exposure, publicity or market research. It should not be confused with donations (philanthropy), with advertising, or with innovative approaches to purchasing goods and services.
The Federation of Calgary Communities is one of the few organizations in Canada to enable the partnering of public and private sectors with community-based organizations to deliver services that increasingly make a difference in the lives of residents.
