We are committed to providing accurate and current information regarding your community association.
WHAT do we collect?
Community facility information, community contact information for Board of Directors, Hall Rental, Newsletter Editor, Membership and Planning/Development representatives.
HOW is the information used?
Mainly to help us contact communities in a timely manner to inform on city issues, invitations and government activities affecting communities.
To provide contact information to your community residents, various departments at City Hall and government agencies, as well as the general public looking for hall rentals and advertising in your community newsletters.
